How it works

  • Book a call

    Fill out this questionnaire here so we can learn about you and your business. We’ll jump on a call, chat through your wish list, and ensure that a design day is a perfect fit. If it’s a ‘yes!’ to working together, you’ll choose a date for your design day and make payment to secure the date.

  • Strategy Session

    Once you’re all booked in, you’ll meet with Alana for a one-hour strategy session. This is where we’ll deep dive into your business and your wishes for your website. We can brainstorm out any ideas you have and Alana will use her years of professional design and business experience to guide you. You’ll walk away with a clear plan for your upcoming design day.

  • Complete your preparation pack

    After our strategy session, we’ll send through a preparation pack containing helpful guides and questionnaires for you to prepare content and information needed (such as system login information etc) for our day together. If you need a hand completing the pack, you also have a check-in call with Alana prior to your design day where you can bring along any questions.

  • Design day!

    Alana’s design eyes and tech brain are on your Squarespace website exclusively for the full day (six hours). She’ll quickly and efficiently work through your wish list and get as much as she can done in that time. We’ll be communicating throughout the day via direct message for questions and feedback. So you’ll need to be fully available and responsive on this day too.

  • Start sharing your website

    By the end of the day, your website wish list will be complete and you can start sharing the good news with your community. If needed, we’ll also record helpful videos for you on any work we’ve done during the day. And you also have 30 days personal email support with Alana, too, so you can feel confident and empowered in the changes made to your website.

  • A full day (6 hours) of our experienced Squarespace web designer’s undivided attention on your website

  • A one hour strategy call to discuss your business needs, website wish-list and to get clear on what we’ll be focusing on together during your design day

  • A preparation pack containing questionnaires and workbooks to help you prepare for and get the most from our day together

  • A 30 minute check-in call one week before your design day to answer any questions you might have as you’re completing your preparation pack

  • Email support for one month following our day together, so you can ask any questions relating to the work we did on your website
