We’ll send through a detailed branding questionnaire which you’ll complete before our brand week. We’ll also ask you to create a mood board and provide any imagery. This helps our branding team understand your business, ideal audience, aesthetic, style and creative vision.

Our highly experienced brand expert will get to work creating your new brand. The logos in your chosen branding kit will have your business name added and we’ll add your business initials to the brand marks, too. Plus we’ll select a custom colour palette and font pairings unique to your business – so your brand won’t look like anyone else. All this takes less than 10 business days!

Once you’ve given final approval, we’ll update your new Canva social media templates with your colours and fonts so you can start using these on your socials. You’ll also receive all the other branding elements included in your kit, a mini branding guide, plus a helpful handover document with prompts and tutorials so you can start applying your new brand across every area of your business.

  • We’ll add your business name to the logos in your chosen branding kit. You’ll receive a primary logo, the main graphic representing your brand, plus secondary logo variations (eg: stacked/vertical options) to ensure flexibility in places where your primary logo might not suit.

  • We’ll add your business initials to the brand marks in your chosen branding kit. These symbols or stamps are the most distilled version of your brand and can be used to create recognition with a lighter touch – think watermarks over images, the footer of your website, social graphics, business cards and more.

  • Custom-selected for your business, to perfectly complement your photography and existing business assets. We also advise on colour contrast to help ensure your branding meets Accessibility Standards, helping make your business (and the internet) a kinder and more inclusive place for all types of people, including those with vision impairments.

  • Custom font pairings to use across your website and marketing materials, ensuring your visual identity is cohesive and recognisable.

  • Some brand kits include playful and fun icons and shapes that give your brand a special uniqueness. Customised in all the colours of your palette, these are perfect for use on your socials and website.

  • Created in Canva, easy to edit and designed for you in both square and vertical (Instagram Stories) sizing. Customised with your colours, fonts, logo and brand marks, these templates will bring your socials into brand alignment while speeding up the process of creating cohesive content.

  • All logos, brand marks and illustrations come in the necessary file types – .eps, .svg, .png, .jpg, .pdf – so they can be used across multiple mediums including in print and on the web.
